Born in Zagreb in 1951 in a "film" family, so he was relatively early involved in professional film production as a filmmaker's assistant. Among others, he worked for four years with Frano Vodopiv, and with Octavian Miletić collaborated on his last film "Talijin trag" in 1978 as assistant camera.
In 1983 he graduated from the Department of Film Recording of the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Art. As a filmmaker he worked documentary and short feature films with renowned Croatian directors of all generations: Rudolf Sremec, Šime Šimatović, Vatroslav Mimica, Nikola Babić, Vladimir Tadej, Zlatko Sudović, Eduard Galić, Radovan Ivančević, Petar Krelj, Jakov Sedlar, Mladen Juran, Zrinko Ogresta, Vinko Brešan. He worked on the "Zagreb Film Archive" in 1983.-1991. more than 300 titles where, following the life and development of Zagreb, he independently realized the film reportage (recorded, edited and written texts). He worked in the field of advertising and motion pictures. In 1989 he recorded the feature films "Hamburg-Altona" and "Vela ženidba" and the television drama "Žena". From 1991-1996. as an external cameraman - he has recorded over 200 titles of television shows (TV shows, reportage and TV films) for all HRT programs. He recorded a music video with David Bowie for the Chinese market. At the beginning of 1998, he began experimental filming of time animation for 18 months. During this work, he wrote a screenplay for the short feature film "Pictures of Time", according to which he directed his first solo film. The film received the Kodak Award and took part in the following international film festivals: Tampere, Regensburg, Drama, Athens, Tehran, Cottbus, Sao Paolo, Tanger and San Francisco. In 2001 he completed an experimental film "One System", which was screened at the Montevideo Festival, and in early 2002 directed "Dance Faust, Dance". He directed the film "Space Theater" for the painter Dalibor Jelavic within the series "Portrait of Fine Artists". During 2003, he directed the documentary "Zagrebački Bokci", the short feature film "Zvonar katedrale", the documentary "Four days in December", and directed a short feature film "Bridge, Bridge" and experimental film "Lisinski". In 2005 he directed the documentary film "The Roses from Plitvice Street", the 2006 documentary "Our Factory", which he received on the Days of Croatian Film in 2007 "Golden Oil". In the same year, the experimental film "The Passage of Karlo Drašković" and the documentary series "Profession Personally" were produced, which continues in 2008 and 2010. The documentary film "Stories from the Border" is directed in 2009, and in the same year the author creates the experimental movie "Putnik". For screenwriting on the film "One Day at the Blind and Blind Children's Institute", he received the jury award for best filmmaking on the 18th DHF. The kinegraph system is applied to the realization of the experimental film "The Passage of Karlo Drašković" 2006 and "The Traveler" in 2009. In his own script, he directed the play - documentary film "Tijana". In 2001 he participated in the collective exhibition of Croatian photographers entitled "See the Time", which was presented in Beijing, Shanghai, Wiesbaden and Zagreb. In 2002 he participated at the international exhibition "From Mine to Move" at the Art Pavilion in Zagreb and the joint exhibition of Contemporary Croatian Art "The World Will not Be the same" in Amsterdam. In 2003, he exhibited an independent exhibition entitled "Dance Faust, Dance", which refers to the same experimental film. In 2006, he organized an independent "Magnitude" exhibition at the Badrov Gallery, presented in Čakovec, and the exhibition "Putnik" opens in 2012, the Bjelovar Dokuart. In the Crocodile Club of 2013, she opens a kinegraph exhibition under the same name.
