Stinky is born from a flower into the Dark Forest. He explores it, growing in the process. When he takes on the responsibility of caring for another creature, he must come to terms with the fact that the forest is more than just fun and whimsy.

Sunčana Brkulj

Sunčana Brkulj was born in 1997 in Zadar, Croatia. She completed her undergraduate and graduate studies in Animated Film and New Media at the Academy of Fine Arts, University of Zagreb. The same two films were exhibited at the Zagreb Youth Salon, the largest Croatian event for artists under 35 years of age. After graduating, Sunčana spent a year in Viborg, Denmark. As part of the Open Workshop artist residency, she created her first professional animated film, “Butterfly,” produced by Adriatic Animation (Croatia) and Late Love Production (Denmark). The film is distributed by Bonobostudio and has so far received over 60 selections and 8 awards or recognitions. In addition to animated films, Sunčana creates experimental collage pieces.
