All the imperfections of a young democracy are looming like a black cloud over the mandate of the president of the Fishermen’s Association Štuka. Problems are piling up, solutions are delayed, and the democratic majority is silent. Gathered around a barbecue with some wine, the members are trying to pinpoint the problems and change the status quo.
