Vanja Nikolić was born on 16th of July 1993. in a small town on north of Croatia, called Čakovec. In his hometown, he finished high school and then embarked on a university. He studied journalism on Croatian Studies faculty in Zagreb. From 2013., he’s been active in various productions, firstly working as a production assistant. In 2016., he made his first music video. Further on, he made his first steps in commercial directing — making couple of web commercials, few TV commercials and music videos. ”Minute” is his debut short film, which he wrote, produced and directed. In 2020. he is working on his second short film, as well as developing his script for a feature film.
