Andrija Mardešić

Andrija Mardešić (1985) was born in Split, Croatia. He graduated film and TV directing at the Zagreb Academy of Dramatic Arts. He is an author of several short films (Iris, Two of us, Steppe fox...) which brought him critical acclaim from Croatian film festivals. After graduation he worked as director or writer on numerous TV series: Wind Rose (2011/12.), #Don't tell anyone (2014.), Whichever Way the Ball Bounces (2015), Y-Generation (2014/15.), On the border (2018/19).
