The life story of Srećko Kramp, a fictional Croatian poet who desperately wants to become a painter, but settles for poetry after gaining some recognition. He ends his life as a well-known cultural icon who, despite all this, never lives up to his own expectations.

Born in 1982 in Split, Croatia. Recieved MA in Comparative Literature and English Language and Literature from Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb. Currently enrolled in the PhD program for Film Studies at the same University. Works as a freelance book and film critic for the Third Program of Croatian Radio and various magazines and periodicals. Awarded best young film critic award in 2012 and the best Croatian critic of the year award in 2016 by Croatian Film Critics Society.
